Avocado Brownie

Here is a tasty and simple recipe for brownies, one of my favourites.  All ingredients are natural and healthy.

I especially enjoy those for fuel an hour before an intense workout (example high intensity interval training or hard climbing session).  It works magic!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Avocado peeled

  • 1 small Banana peeled

  • 140g Rice flour

  • 20g Oats

  • 30g cocoa powder

  • 100g Maple syrup

  • 3 tablespoon Almond butter

  • 2 Egg whites

  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Directions:

Prep Time: 20 min   Cook Time: 25min at 180C

  1. Mash avocado and banana in a large mix bowl.

  2. Add all remaining ingredients and stir.

  3. Pour in a baking dish and bake in preheated over for 20-25min.
