I work with clients of ALL fitness levels and abilities.

From weight loss, general fitness, cardiovascular fitness, muscle definition, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and posture, to sports specific training.

I offer a range of coaching services for all abilities of athletes from experienced to novice. In addition to general fitness and weight loss, I specialize my coaching in running, swimming, cycling, triathlon, and endurance events.

I can be the driving force to help you turn your fitness aspirations into reality. My mission is to deliver bespoke training programmes to get the best out of every single client.  My approach is athlete centric as I believe every athlete is unique.  And I want to support each athlete in obtaining tangible results.

We can work together during in person sessions and/or I can prepare your training programme. I coach both in person and online.

I leverage my own experience competing internationally in endurance sport, my dedication and passion for fitness, with my contagious energy, to support you in reaching your fitness potential and finding your best.

I am an IRONMAN Certified Coach, a Personal Trainer, a Fitness Instructor and a Beach Lifeguard to cover all your needs.

SERVICES OFFERED

PERSONAL TRAINING 1:1

Private Personal Training Session 1:1 (1 hour) │ £45
Extra for a session at client's home │£5

New clients are offered an Initial Consultation including a health, fitness and postural assessment - FREE

Your bespoke personal training sessions are based on your abilities, needs and goals.

All of your training sessions will be tailored to your preferences and are designed to deliver real results whilst kindling your love of fitness.  The content of the sessions varies according to each individual and could be focused on weight loss, general fitness, muscle definition, cardio vascular training, high intensity work, sport specific fitness, swim/bike/run (including drill work and practice), flexibility and more.

GROUP TRAINING

Private Group Session (1 hour): £45 + £15 per additional person

2 People: £60 3 People: £75 4 People: £90 5+ People: +£15/person (max 8)

For small group personal training sessions, I will deliver the same training programme for the whole group with small variations to suit each of the participant’s abilities. 

COACHING & TRAINING PROGRAMMES

Bespoke Training Programmes: £130 per month

Customised training programme to meet your individual sports/fitness goals.

Whether you want to achieve getting fitter or race results competing in the world of triathlon/running or endurance events (such as IRONMAN), I offer a range of coaching services to help you achieve your goals.

My Coaching Package have an emphasis on being realistic programs that an athlete can fit into their life. This includes:

  • Bespoke weekly training plan built around you, your life and work commitments.

  • Unlimited support (phone, email, WhatsApp)

  • Weekly contact with coach

  • Weekly adjustments to training plan

  • Sessions prepared using the TrainingPeaks tool (online training diary with your own personal account)

  • If applicable, race day advice (nutrition, race strategy and equipment)

LOCATION

I own a small fitness studio in my home in Dibden Purlieu which we can use for the personal training sessions. It has all the equipment required including rings, which are often a favourite with my clients!

Alternatively, I’m happy to come to your house or outdoor locations such as parks, the beach or the New Forest to train you. Whichever suits you best!  I will provide any equipment needed.
